The Entrepreneur/Solopreneur:
  • Entrepreneurs like to get things done, but in their enthusiasm, don't always take the time to focus their energies and make a plan. Our work together helps to ensure that your hard work produces results that pay off.
  • Entrepreneurs typically don't have a lot of support. In previous work situations there may have been processes in place and support staffs to handle a multitude of responsibilities - now you're on your own and you need direction to create your own systems.

The Home-based Business Professional:
  • Most of my clients who work at home, have at minimum, 2 full-time jobs; running their businesses and running their households. Success at work is dependent on good systems at home and vice versa - they both must be optimized. How would it feel to have systems that integrate the many aspects of your very busy and very full life?

The Service Industry:
  • Effective systems are the difference between customers feeling important and valuable and feeling like you're just too busy to help them. If your front line team is projecting "go-away...I can't handle one more thing" then your bottom line is suffering. Better systems mean happier employees; happier employees mean satisfied customers; and satisfied customers mean repeat business. And we know that it's the repeat business that drives your bottom line.

Small Business:
  • Small business professionals have to do it all. Outside support to find better ways often moves the business forward at a much faster pace. Extra hands, new thoughts, and the experience of how others "do it" brings much needed support to these work environments.

Business People Working Solo:
  • Many people are now working from home and in satellite offices across the country from their corporate offices. Setting up office layouts, systems, and workflow can clear the decks for getting more work done. On-going work sessions can provide the support to improve your work environment and your output.

Volunteers and Philanthropists:
  • Serious work is not always synonymous with a paycheck. The same issues that face busy professionals face individuals who serve our communities; many times more so because of other responsibilities and expectations. Finding a better way to balance and streamline processes and systems can have significant benefits.
