AT HOME
We have finished organizing and the house is unbelievable. I have joined committees; can actually take on chores to do for it, and I feel I am able to make an impact on my world at work. I have started a quilt group for the Nicu reunion quilt, made of handprints and footprints of past preemies. We will hang it in the entry of the new hospital when it opens. Then the quilt and smaller ones will decorate the unit itself. It is almost scary to me to commit to these things and then I realize that my life is so under control, that the house is almost running itself. I actually have the time to do what I want.
