Fees

	For multi-faceted projects, a one-time needs assessment is suggested. Ellen will review your space, discuss your goals and provide you with an action plan to Straighten-UP! This is billed at a flat rate.
	Organizing services are charged at a competitive hourly rate. Time is billed in quarter-hour increments.
	Speaking fees are set on a per-event basis.
	Training fees are set on a project basis.

Policies

	Work Sessions will be scheduled with a three-hour minimum.
	Straighten-UP reserves the right to bill for appointments that are not cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time.
	Travel time will be charged when it exceeds 60 minutes round trip.
	Shopping for organizing products can be provided by Straighten-UP! Time will be billed at the standard hourly rate, though the organizer will try when possible to group client shopping together as to minimize client expense. Client agrees to reimburse Straighten-UP! for authorized expenses.
	Information regarding procurement of legal and accounting documents may be passed on by the organizer to expedite the organizing process. All final decisions regarding these documents should be made by your personal CPA or Attorney.
	Payment is to be made at time of service via check or cash.

Other Things You Should Know

	Each job is different and takes your goals, desires and personal choices into consideration.
	It is typical for the client and organizer to work together. Certain decisions can only be made by you. We will guide you through the decision making process.
	While working side by side, we will teach you organizing skills that will enable you to maintain and grow the systems we've put in place.
	How long your project takes and how much it costs depends on many factors, including your ability to make decisions and how much you wish to do on your own.
	Don't feel compelled to clean up for the organizer - We need to know how you live.
	Organizers are not cleaning services, just as cleaning services are not organizers.
